Plan

Open Plan from the menu under your name, at the bottom of the sidebar. Your plan covers every band you own; the members, subs, and crew of your bands use it through you.

The plans

• Live Band: the audience page and the live rig. Song requests, karaoke, suggestions, tips, Audience Design, a custom audience URL, Earnings, Analytics, and the AbleSet integration.
• Manager: running the band. Rehearsals, Availability, Google Calendar sync, and Booking.
• Ultimate: everything in Live Band and Manager.

Every plan includes gigs, repertoire, songbooks, setlists, members, files, venues, and contacts. The Live Band and Manager cards on the Plan page list all of it: those basics first, then the plan's own features. The Ultimate card just says everything in Live Band and Manager. Every card ends with its file storage (500 MB on Live Band, 50 GB on Manager and Ultimate) and the largest file you can upload (10 MB on Live Band, 50 MB on Manager and Ultimate).

A page your plan doesn't include stays in the menu with a lock icon; opening it tells you which plans include it.

While Bandleader is in beta, every account has Ultimate at $0.00/mo. Plans will have real prices after the beta; you'll be told before anything is charged.

Your usage

The Plan page shows the bands you own against your band limit, and the file storage used across all of them against your storage limit. Once storage reaches the limit, new uploads are blocked until you delete some files. Add-ons can raise both limits; contact us for more bands or storage.
