Analytics

The Analytics page rolls up data across all your gigs (or a single gig) so you can see trends over time. It's available to owners, admins, and members — subs don't have access.

Filtering

• Select Gig: View stats for "All Gigs" or drill into a single gig.
• Date Range: When viewing "All Gigs", narrow the results to a specific period.

Gigs marked "Exclude from analytics" (see Gigs) are skipped in "All Gigs" totals — useful for test runs or private events. They're labeled "(Excluded)" in the gig dropdown and can still be selected individually.

Summary Cards

• Total Revenue: Combined tips and paid-feature fees, with the tip/fee split shown underneath.
• Performances: Total karaoke performances delivered.
• Avg. Wait: Average time from karaoke signup to taking the stage.
• Avg. Rating: Average audience feedback rating (1–5 stars), with the total number of ratings received.
• Engagement: Total interactions — song requests plus karaoke signups.
• Cancellations: How many karaoke signups were removed before performing, and what percentage of total signups that represents.

Top Songs & Top Singers

• Top 10 Most Popular Songs: Ranked by combined performances and requests, showing how many times each was performed vs. requested.
• Top Singers: Your most active karaoke participants and their engagement.

Audience Feedback

If you enable "Enable performance feedback" on a gig (see Gigs), the audience is prompted to rate each karaoke performance 1–5 stars with an optional comment right after it happens. This section shows:

• A rating distribution bar for each star value (5 down to 1), so you can see at a glance whether ratings skew positive.
• A scrollable list of individual ratings and comments, with the singer's name and the song they performed.

Use this feedback to spot songs or moments that consistently land well — or ones that might need to be retired.
