Settings
Manage your band's profile, payment options, and integrations. Most settings here require an admin or owner role.
Band Profile
Set your band name, which appears throughout the admin panel, including next to your account in the sidebar.
Social Media Links
Add links to your Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and website. These appear as icon buttons on your audience page to help grow your following.
Alternative Payment Handles
Add your Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and/or Zelle handles (e.g. @yourband, $yourband). These are displayed as-is on the audience page as additional tipping options alongside Stripe — the audience taps one to open their own app and send a tip directly. No API integration or fees are involved; Bandleader doesn't process or track these payments.
Stripe API Keys
Connect Stripe to accept in-app payments for tips, paid song requests, and paid karaoke signups (only the band owner can update these):
- Create a Stripe account if you don't already have one.
- From your Stripe dashboard, copy your Publishable Key and Secret Key.
- Paste them into the corresponding fields here and save. The page shows a "Connected" / "Not connected" indicator so you can confirm Stripe is set up correctly.
Once connected, any feature that requires payment — paid song requests, paid karaoke signups, queue-jump tips, and the tip jar — becomes available to enable on your gigs.
Update Notifications
Subscribe an email address to be notified when new versions of Bandleader are released, so you can stay on top of new features.
Danger Zone — Deleting Your Band
Owners only. Deleting a band is permanent and cannot be undone — it removes every gig, rehearsal, songbook, repertoire entry, setlist, member, and all associated data. To confirm, you must type the band's confirmation phrase exactly as shown in the dialog.
