Dashboard

Your home base — a quick look at what's coming up and how your band is doing.

The dashboard is the first thing you see after logging in. It adapts to your role: admins and members see the full picture, while subs only see the gigs and rehearsals they've been assigned to.

Sample Data Banner

Brand-new bands start with a sample songbook, setlist, gig, and rehearsal so the app isn't empty on day one. While these exist, a banner appears at the top of the dashboard:

  • Click "Remove sample data" once you've explored them and are ready to build out your own content. This permanently deletes only the items tagged as samples — anything you've created yourself is untouched.

Active Gig Banner

If a gig is currently marked "Active", a banner appears showing its name and a live indicator. From here you can jump straight to Manage Gig (the admin gig page) or View Audience Page (what your audience sees).

Stat Cards

Four cards give you an at-a-glance summary, each linking to the relevant page:

  • Upcoming Gigs: How many gigs are scheduled, and the date of the next one.
  • Upcoming Rehearsals: How many rehearsals are scheduled, and the date of the next one.
  • Repertoire: The total number of songs in your repertoire.
  • Band Members: The number of people on your roster (not counting subs).

Up Next

This card shows your next five upcoming gigs and rehearsals combined, sorted by date, with the date, time, and location for each. Subs only see items they're assigned to.

Total Earnings

Admins and members see a running total of all earnings across every gig, with a quick link to the full Earnings page.
